Unique Luxury Design

Why I needed it this time was a replacement for an old commission that had been left in the rain. Went back to them because I've been buying here for a long while and they know my taste. Ordered through the account, quick as ever. Still the same care and attention to detail I've come to expect from them.

Compared this with the bigger names and it came out way cheaper for the same spec. Got a custom banner done for a school fair. Looked good, colours were right.

Bought a custom wall piece for the office reception after looking at two other companies. Went with these because the mock up they sent first looked the most like what I had in my head. The finished piece was packed carefully and hung up nicely with the fixings included. Good communication through the whole process and I'd go back.

The quote came back the same day which none of the others managed, and that's what made me go with them. I'd looked at three firms and this one was fairly priced for the spec I wanted. The consultation was done over video and the designer had clearly read my notes before the call. Installation was booked for the following week and went smoothly.

Bought a bespoke sideboard for the hallway and I know my way around furniture so I had high expectations. The finish was spot on and the joints feel solid. They checked the measurements with me by phone before cutting anything, which saved us a problem. Delivery was a proper two man job and they were careful with the stairs.

Needed to sort a gift for my sister's wedding in a hurry and the site had something that wasn't the usual boring thing. Ordered on my phone on the bus, took about five minutes. Arrived a day earlier than they said so not complaining, only thing is the description could have been a bit clearer about what size it actually was.

We had looked at a department store first but the choice there was limited and the staff were not much help. Here I was able to speak to someone who understood what I was after. Ordering took a little while because of the detailed questions but that was entirely reasonable. The result has been very satisfactory and I would happily return.

Paid a fair price for what I got and that's the main reason I went with them. Order was quick and the checkout is no fuss. Delivered when they said and the item was what I ordered. Nothing flashy but good value.

The first thing that struck me this time was how they remembered my name and the details of my last order when I rang up. I've had work done through them on and off since the mid nineties and it's always been the same careful approach. This time it was a reupholstered armchair for my late husband's study and they kept me updated at each stage. The fitters were polite and tidied up properly afterwards. I'd trust them with anything.

I would say this is an excellent firm to deal with for a one-off commission. I was a little nervous about ordering something so particular online, but the team were patient with my questions and clearly knew their craft. The piece arrived exactly as we discussed and my husband, who is rather hard to please, has said nothing but nice things about it.

Got a custom printed hoodie for the five a side team. Uploaded my logo on the site and it looked exactly right in the preview. Came back in about a week, print is sharp and the fabric is decent. Easy to use and I'll definitely be getting the next lot from them, the lads are already asking.

The price was the first thing I noticed when I got the quote, it was lower than the two other places I looked at for the same job. I wanted something hard wearing for the family room and they talked me through the fabric options without pushing the expensive one. The measuring guide on the site was clear enough that I got the sizes right first time. Good value for what I paid, no complaints.

Compared with the high street firm I went to first, this came in noticeably cheaper for the same piece. The booking was straightforward through the site and I had confirmation by email the same afternoon. The only thing is the delivery date slipped by about a week, which they did explain. The finished item is lovely and I'm happy with it.

Needed a replacement for a worn out piece I had bought from them years back. Went straight to the account I already had and reordered in a couple of minutes. Same quality as always, the stitching has held up well. They have never once let me down so I just keep coming back.

I should say the initial enquiry took a while to get a proper answer, though I appreciate they were busy when I rang. Once the date was agreed the work was carried out to a very good standard and the team were courteous throughout. The invoice came through promptly and was easy to follow. It's a small matter but I would have liked a quicker first response.

Honestly they're the best option I've found for a quick turnaround on a bespoke order. Needed it for a client pitch on Friday and it was done with a day to spare. Messaged them twice and both replies came back within the hour. Would use them again, no question.

Used a different firm last year and they were slow and kept getting the details wrong. This time the order was sorted in one go and they checked everything before starting. Turnaround was quicker than I expected and the result matched the design. Much more pleasant to deal with than the last lot.

This was my first time ordering from them and I wasn't sure what to expect. I needed a custom gift for my mum's birthday and wanted something a bit different. The form asked lots of questions which took a few minutes but made sure they got it right. It arrived well wrapped and Mum loved it, she's already asked where I got it.

Got a custom print order for a gig and the checkout was simple enough. The proof they sent me looked spot on so I approved it straight away. Arrived in good condition and the quality is solid for the money. Would order from them again.

Ordered a bespoke item and it was fine once it arrived. The only problem was waiting nearly four days for a reply to my first question. Price was a bit higher than I'd hoped.
