Matinee tickets for the kids

Bought two child and two adult tickets for the Saturday matinee. Got them on my phone and scanned straight in at the door with no fuss. I work in events so I notice these things and this was smooth.

better than the usual tickets site

Compared to booking through the big ticket resellers this was much cleaner and I didn't end up paying a load of fees at the end. The seat map was easy to follow, I picked seats in the stalls near the front and the confirmation email came through straight away. Checkout on the app took maybe two minutes start to finish. Would use again, it just works properly for theatre tickets and the prices shown were the prices I paid.

Good value for the tickets

Best value for the money I've found for a night at the theatre. The total came out lower than the other sites once I added everything up. Booking was simple and the tickets were in my inbox straight after. Nothing to complain about, and I'll be back for the next show.

needed tickets for the gf

Needed tickets for my girlfriend's birthday and wanted something a bit different. Got them on the app on the bus home, took about a minute. Got the seats I wanted. Quick and easy, cheers.

The back of the stalls was a good call

I bought the back of the stalls seats for the Christmas show and they were a great choice for seeing everything. Tickets came through on the app quickly and the seats were exactly where the map said. I've been going to shows here for ages and it's always reliable.

booked the stalls for our anniversary

We looked at a few options for our anniversary and I picked the stalls seats in the middle because they had the best view on the plan. The booking through the site was easy and the tickets came through to the app within seconds. We got there early and the seats were exactly as shown on the map. Really happy with the whole thing.

Better than the other theatre sites

Compared with the other theatre booking sites I use, this one remembers my details and makes the seat choice quick. I've booked a few shows with them now. Confirmation came through immediately each time.

Needed a last minute night out

I needed something to do on a Friday and wanted a show that wasn't too far away. I looked at a few other places first but this had seats left and the booking was quick. Tickets came straight to my phone and I scanned in without any bother. Good night.

the seats were really good

The seats were right in the middle of the stalls, honestly the best view I've had at a play. Booked on a Thursday for the Friday night, tickets came through quick on the app. Good night, would go again.

Been booking here for years

I've been booking with this lot for years now and the process has barely changed, which I like. Booked the autumn run as usual and got a good seat near the aisle. The tickets showed up on the app straight away and the staff at the theatre were helpful when I asked about the lift.

About The Play That Goes Wrong

The Play That Goes Wrong is a long-running farcical comedy staged by Mischief Theatre, presented in theatres across the United Kingdom through the Nimax Theatres group. The production follows an amateur dramatic society attempting a murder mystery, with its mounting disasters forming the core of the comedy. Tickets for the show are sold through the Nimax ticketing website, where audiences can choose performance dates and seating.

The show appeals to theatregoers of many ages and is booked by groups, families and visitors to London's West End. The company is known for slapstick, precisely timed physical comedy and a set that is central to the humour, and it continues to tour and run in venues alongside its original London home.
