Compared to booking through the big ticket resellers this was much cleaner and I didn't end up paying a load of fees at the end. The seat map was easy to follow, I picked seats in the stalls near the front and the confirmation email came through straight away. Checkout on the app took maybe two minutes start to finish. Would use again, it just works properly for theatre tickets and the prices…
Read moreCompared with a couple of other ticket sites I checked, this came out more expensive once the booking fees were added. The show was good and the seats were fine. I did have to wait a while for the confirmation email to arrive, which was a bit of a worry until it showed up. Would probably check prices elsewhere first next time.
Read moreI booked the matinee seats for my husband's birthday and I was pleased with how it went. The seat map was clear and I chose two seats towards the back of the circle, which we both found comfortable. My only small complaint is the email with the e-tickets took a few minutes to arrive, so I did wonder for a moment. It sorted itself out though.

I've been booking shows with this company for a long time and usually it's fine. This time I had a problem with my seats and emailed the team, and it took nearly three days to get a reply. The tickets themselves were all there and the show was good. It was just frustrating waiting for the answer, and I'd have liked it sorted faster.

The Play That Goes Wrong is a long-running farcical comedy staged by Mischief Theatre, presented in theatres across the United Kingdom through the Nimax Theatres group. The production follows an amateur dramatic society attempting a murder mystery, with its mounting disasters forming the core of the comedy. Tickets for the show are sold through the Nimax ticketing website, where audiences can choose performance dates and seating.
The show appeals to theatregoers of many ages and is booked by groups, families and visitors to London's West End. The company is known for slapstick, precisely timed physical comedy and a set that is central to the humour, and it continues to tour and run in venues alongside its original London home.
