We bought the starter box for the school and it came with enough collection tags to last the term. The price per tag works out cheaper than what we were paying for the old skip hire. Nothing much to complain about, the team was helpful when I asked about a tag that wouldn't scan, though that did add a couple of days.

We needed a tidy way to deal with all the snack wrappers and yoghurt pots the kids go through, and I'd been meaning to sort it for ages. This has been running for a good few years now and it's become part of our routine. Booking the next collection is quick and I can always reach someone if something's off. The price has stayed sensible and the boxes come back to us in good nick.

Honestly, I've been using this for about six years now and I'd keep doing it. The collections have been reliable through all sorts of changes, and when they moved their booking system it took me a little while to find the new button but support sorted it. The price has crept up a bit over the years but the service has kept pace.

Stick with them, it's been years since I first signed up and nothing much has changed for the better or worse. The collections happen when they should and I've never had a box go missing. Once in a while the confirmation email goes to spam, so I check that folder, which is a minor thing. Price is about right for what we send.

First time ordering from them and the box I got was much bigger than I expected, which was great because I had loads of stuff saved up. The instructions on the lid were easy to follow and I liked that they explain what can and can't go in. Booking the collection was a few taps on the app and the pickup happened the next morning as promised.

Compared to just chucking everything in the bin this is way more hassle but it does take the stuff out of landfill which is nice. A bit pricey for what you get tbh, my mate's scheme is cheaper. Still got the box collected though.

Bought the pen recycling kit for the classroom at the nursery. It arrived quickly and the collection is easy to arrange. The kit is a bit smaller than the photo made it look, but it's still plenty for a term.

The collection slot was booked within minutes and the driver turned up at the exact time shown on the app. I've used a few of these recycling schemes for the office and this is the first one where I didn't have to chase anyone for a pickup date. The labelled boxes were clear about what goes in each one, and the confirmation email included a proper weight summary which is handy for our records.

Got the coffee pod box as a trial because I was fed up of chucking them in the bin. It turned up in a couple of days and the instructions were clear enough. The pickup slot I wanted wasn't free until the week after, so I had to wait a bit longer than I'd like, but it's sorted now.

We run the coffee morning at the church hall and needed a proper way to get rid of the crisp tubs and sandwich packaging after each event. Found them online and they've been coming out every month since. Booking is easy and the drivers are polite, and they always leave the hall as they found it.

I purchased the starter box for my grandchildren's school project, and it has proved most useful. The contents were well organised and the labels were clear. The only small matter was that the delivery took slightly longer than advertised, though the staff kept me informed throughout.

Compared with the council collection this is a fair bit dearer, and I'd have to pay for each box. I've used it for the shop's packaging and the staff are friendly. The booking was a bit of a faff at first because the form asked for lots of details I didn't have to hand.

Way better than trying to sort it all myself at the uni halls. The box came and I just stuck the stuff in and it was gone the next week. Cheaper than I thought too, which was a nice surprise.

The box size is the first thing you notice, it's a decent sturdy thing and fits a lot more than I thought. I'm in the trade so I know what's what with waste, and this is well run. The collection came on the day, no issues, and the paperwork is proper.

I had a look at two other recycling services before settling on this one because I wanted something that covered our awkward plastics at the workshop. This one covers more of them and the price was in the middle of the other two. The only snag was the first collection booking took a couple of days to confirm, which was a bit frustrating when we were running low on space.

I'd say they're the best option I've found for the bits the council won't take, and I've been using them since they first started offering the home collections. The signing up took me ten minutes back then and it's still the same process now. Collections have always turned up on the day, and the boxes have held up well through a fair few refills. Price hasn't crept up much either, which I appreciate.

We run a small cafe and go through a lot of disposable cups and lids, so getting a proper collection set up was the priority. The cost per collection is lower than our old waste contract and the paperwork they send for our records is clear. Booking changes are easy through the portal, and the one time a pickup was missed they rebooked it within the day with no fuss. Would stick with them.

Needed somewhere to send all the crisp packets and sweet wrappers from the flat before the bin men came. Signed up on my phone on the bus, took about two minutes and I got a box sent out quick.

I'd been using the council scheme for anything awkward, but it doesn't take things like coffee pods or toothbrushes. This service is a clear step up for those, and I know exactly where each item ends up because the site tracks the box. The sign up was simple and the box arrived when they said it would, so I've switched the whole household over.
