Nothing much to complain about, the team was helpful when I asked about a tag that wouldn't scan, though that did add a couple of days.
Stick with them, it's been years since I first signed up and nothing much has changed for the better or worse. The collections happen when they should and I've never had a box go missing. Once in a while the confirmation email goes to spam, so I check that folder, which is a minor thing. Price is about right for what we send.
