I needed a level 3 qualification for my job and wanted something recognised by my employer. I looked at three providers and this one had the clearest entry requirements. Enrolling was painless and the tutors have been responsive. Happy with the choice.

Used the app to book my place on the course, took about two minutes on my phone. Got the confirmation and the login straight away. Had no problems with the payment either. Would do it again.

Been using them for about six years now and I'd not go anywhere else. The course fees are sorted in a clear way, the tutors reply to emails within a day or so, and when I needed my study plan changed last spring it was done without any fuss. Really pleased I stuck with them through the whole thing.

The first thing I noticed was how quick the sign up was, took maybe five minutes on my phone and I was in. Only thing that annoyed me was they wanted a photo of my ID twice, but other than that it was fine.

The downloadable materials are the thing I noticed most, and they're laid out well with clear headings. Some of the older PDFs from the first module looked a bit dated though, and a couple of links were broken. The team sorted them when I flagged it but it took the best part of a week.

Loved how quick the sign up was on the app and the progress bar was really helpful. Only annoying bit was the live chat, I waited about twenty minutes for someone to answer a simple question about my timetable. Would still use it though.

The first thing I checked was the course pages, which list the hours, the assessment method and the start dates in plain language. I was able to plan around my shifts without hunting for anything. A small snag was the start date moving by a week, but they emailed me about it promptly.

Booking the exam support was simple enough and the staff were helpful when I rang. The thing that bothered me was the fee had gone up since I last enrolled a couple of years back, and nobody flagged it before I paid. The service itself was fine, and the sessions ran on time. Just pricier than I expected.

I have worked in further education for years so I know what a decent provider looks like. Their accreditation is clearly listed and the course outcomes match what they promise on the page. My learner account gives me the assessment dates straight away. Tutor feedback is detailed and comes back in good time.

Last place I used made me post paper forms and wait weeks for a reply, whereas this one I did everything online in an evening. My placement was confirmed the next day and I could message my tutor straight through the app. Cheers to whoever built the booking page, it actually works on a phone.

The pack arrived in good order and was exactly what the course list said it would be. Staff are polite on the phone and never keep you waiting too long. I would be lost without them now.

Set up took a bit longer than I liked because one of my documents got rejected and I had to resend it. Otherwise pretty happy.
