Been using them for about six years now and I'd not go anywhere else. The course fees are sorted in a clear way, the tutors reply to emails within a day or so, and when I needed my study plan changed last spring it was done without any fuss. Really pleased I stuck with them through the whole thing.

Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how quick the sign up was, took maybe five minutes on my phone and I was in. Only thing that annoyed me was they wanted a photo of my ID twice, but other than that it was fine.
Loved how quick the sign up was on the app and the progress bar was really helpful. Only annoying bit was the live chat, I waited about twenty minutes for someone to answer a simple question about my timetable. Would still use it though.
The first thing I checked was the course pages, which list the hours, the assessment method and the start dates in plain language. I was able to plan around my shifts without hunting for anything. A small snag was the start date moving by a week, but they emailed me about it promptly.
Compared with the big name providers I have used before, this one felt more personal and less corporate. Enrolment was slightly slower than advertised but the tutor support has been very good. Would happily stay on board for the next module.

I first looked at a different college that wanted a deposit before I could even see the course list. Here I could browse everything for free and sign up without paying up front. Set up took a bit longer than I liked because one of my documents got rejected and I had to resend it. Otherwise pretty happy.
Compared with going through my old bank, this was a lot quicker to sort out. The bank wanted a branch visit and a week of back and forth, whereas here I had the offer within a couple of days. The one thing I'd flag is the paperwork can feel repetitive when you are uploading things.
