Booked a new electric shower through the app on my lunch. Engineer came Thursday, fitted it in a couple of hours and tested it before leaving. Easy booking, got a text reminder the night before.

They did a decent job on our central heating, so I'd say they're worth using. My issue was getting hold of them to confirm the visit, it took two days of emails before anyone wrote back and I had to chase it myself. Once the engineer was here he was good, tidy and knew his stuff, and the price was about what I expected.
