Compared to the firm we used for years, Plumbs are quicker to get back to you and the quotes are straight forward with no surprises at the end. I've been a customer for about eight years now, mostly for boiler servicing and the odd emergency. Engineers have always been polite and they remember the house. Happy to keep using them.

Went with them after comparing three or four plumbers in our area and they were the best of the lot. Booked a same week visit for a dripping tap and a leaking outside tap, and the plumber turned up in the window they gave. Price was a bit higher than the cheapest quote but the work was tidy and they cleaned up after themselves. Only niggle was the invoice took a few days to arrive by email.
