The lady who checked me in was patient and kind, and she explained the bill to me without making me feel silly for asking. Pleasant, unhurried and well run, which is more than I can say for some places I've used.

PDSA is the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals, a UK charity that provides veterinary care to pets whose owners cannot afford private treatment. It runs a network of animal hospitals and pet treatment centres across the country, offering consultations, surgery, diagnostics, vaccinations and preventive care. Its work is delivered through its own veterinary teams, with care provided on a means-tested basis rather than through an online or retail channel.
