Compared with the big national van hire firms I'd looked at, this was far less hassle to book and the price was lower too. I'd been dreading the process but it was done on my phone in a couple of minutes. The driver turned up early, loaded my bedframe and mattress without any drama, and I got a text when he was on his way. Would definitely use again for the next move.

I'd always used one of the big removal firms in the past, and this was a good deal less than their quote for the same job. The booking form was simple enough and I didn't have to ring anyone to confirm. The two gentlemen who came were polite, handled my late husband's armchair very carefully, and got everything upstairs without any fuss at all.

Used them for a man and van to shift a fridge freezer and some boxes from my mum's to mine. Quick reply to my booking request, lads turned up early and were careful with the stairs. Would use again.

Needed to get a bike and a couple of crates across the city without renting a car for the day. Price was lower than the courier firms I'd looked at, which made the decision easy. The one thing that let it down was the pickup window, which was wider than I expected, so I had to rearrange my afternoon.

Found them on my lunch break and booked a van for the next morning, which I didn't think was possible. The app showed me what was free and the price before I put any card details in.

Used them for the first time to move a set of drawers and a desk to my daughter's new place. The van and driver were fine and the price was reasonable. The booking confirmation took nearly a day to come through though, so I was checking my inbox more than I'd like.

Got a bike and a couple of crates across the city for less than I expected, which was the main thing for me. The booking took about two minutes on my phone and the driver texted when they were close. Dropped off right where I asked, bike was fine. Easy one.

Needed to shift a flat-pack wardrobe and a bed frame across town without paying for a whole day of van hire. Got a fixed price upfront which was half what I'd expected. The driver texted when he was ten minutes away and helped me get everything out of the lift.

I've used a few removal and courier services over the years so I know what a decent job looks like. Booking was clear, with the vehicle size confirmed the night before. The crew knew how to load a van properly, strapped everything in, and the cost was in line with what I'd budgeted for the job.

Booked a small van for a Saturday move and the price was the lowest I found after looking at four places. The app showed the full cost upfront with fuel and insurance included, no nasty surprises at the end. Would use again.

Needed a van at short notice to move a sofa and two mattresses on a Saturday and this was the first place that had something free. Booked it on the app in about five minutes from the car park at work. Driver was there when they said, no fuss, and the whole thing was sorted before I'd even finished my coffee.

Booked it for a Sunday when I was moving out of my shared house and nobody else had a car. Driver messaged me the reg so I knew which van to look for, and they had the bed and boxes loaded in no time. Didn't have to haggle over price or anything like that, which was refreshing.

First time using them and the booking was fine, easy enough to do on the app. The driver was on time and the van was clean. The price looked okay at first but there was a charge for the stairs that I hadn't expected.

Looked at three different options before picking this one. It came out cheapest by a clear margin and the booking page showed the total upfront. Driver was on time and the job was done fast.

Best value I've found for the regular runs I do to the tip and to my brother's, and I've been using them for years. This time the driver was running about twenty minutes late and didn't message until I rang. Job was done properly though.

Honestly really happy with this one. Booked a van on the app the night before and it was confirmed in minutes. Driver was on time and helped me carry the stuff up three flights. Would book again no problem.

Compared to the national van hire I usually look at, this worked out a fair bit cheaper once you add the fuel and insurance. Booking was done over the phone with a friendly chap who explained everything plainly. The driver took care with our garden furniture and we were grateful for that.

Moved out of my shared flat on a Sunday and this was miles easier than I thought. Booked it the day before, the app told me the price straight away and it stayed the same. Driver was chill, got the wardrobe up the stairs without any drama. Took about an hour and a half in total so not bad at all.

Booked a large van for my house move on the app while I was still in the office. The driver was there on time, which was the biggest thing for me given the chain I was in. Everything arrived in one piece and the price matched what I was quoted, so no surprises on the bill afterwards.
