Compared with the big national van hire firms I'd looked at, this was far less hassle to book and the price was lower too. I'd been dreading the process but it was done on my phone in a couple of minutes. The driver turned up early, loaded my bedframe and mattress without any drama, and I got a text when he was on his way. Would definitely use again for the next move.

Read moreI'd always used one of the big removal firms in the past, and this was a good deal less than their quote for the same job. The booking form was simple enough and I didn't have to ring anyone to confirm. The two gentlemen who came were polite, handled my late husband's armchair very carefully, and got everything upstairs without any fuss at all.
Read moreNeeded to get a bike and a couple of crates across the city without renting a car for the day. Price was lower than the courier firms I'd looked at, which made the decision easy. The one thing that let it down was the pickup window, which was wider than I expected, so I had to rearrange my afternoon.
First time using them and the booking was fine, easy enough to do on the app. The driver was on time and the van was clean. The price looked okay at first but there was a charge for the stairs that I hadn't expected.
Best value I've found for the regular runs I do to the tip and to my brother's, and I've been using them for years. This time the driver was running about twenty minutes late and didn't message until I rang. Job was done properly though.

List n Ride is a UK-based service that connects people with bicycle and vehicle hire, letting customers list their own equipment or rent from others. The platform is built around the idea of making otherwise idle bikes and rides available to people who need them for a short period. Its listings are managed online, so owners and renters arrange pickups, returns and payments through the website.
Customers include cyclists, holidaymakers and local residents who want occasional access to a bike without buying one outright. Owners use the service to earn income from equipment that would otherwise sit unused, with the company handling the matching between the two sides.
