Compared with ringing around for a solicitor's free call that never seems to get to the point, this is quicker and gets me the answer I want. I've used it on a few occasions now for questions about wills and small claims. Signing up is quick and the answers are usually back the same day, so I've had no reason to go elsewhere.

I've been using the site for legal and tax questions since well before the app was around and the quality has stayed good. Signing up has always been quick and the answers still come back the same day, which is what I need when a letter arrives with a deadline on it. Never had a bad experience with them.

I'd tried two other sites before this one and this felt more like a normal chat than a form. The answer to my question about a faulty washing machine warranty was useful but it took nearly two days to come back, which was longer than I expected. Price was about the same as the others so it didn't really stand out there.
