The app is what got me, honestly. You can see your repayments, change the date and check your balance without ringing anyone. Signed up in the evening and had the funds the next afternoon. Quick and no faff at all, which I didn't expect from a loan.
Read moreHonestly it's a bit of a mess. Applied for a small loan and they kept asking for the same bank statement over and over. Took nearly two weeks before anything got approved and the money finally came through. Not impressed with how slow it was.
Read moreThe remortgage was the biggest financial thing I've done in years and I was nervous about it, but the team on the phone were patient and explained each step without rushing me. I had to send over a few documents twice because the first copies weren't clear enough, which was my fault rather than theirs. Once everything was in, the new rate was confirmed within a week and the paperwork arrived on…
Read moreBought a quick loan to cover a new boiler when ours died in January. The money arrived the same day I was approved, which was a relief. Only niggle was the form asked for my payslips twice, but it got sorted.
I took out a home insurance policy with them last spring, which I found on a comparison site. The cover details were laid out clearly and the adviser answered my questions without rushing me. Everything arrived by post within the week, and I'd say they were good value.
Went with them over my old lender for a second loan, mainly because the process was less of a faff. The rate is about the same as before, maybe slightly better. Hasn't changed much in years but it still works.
Signed up for a credit card and the approval came through quicker than I thought it would. The card took a few days to arrive though, which was a bit annoying. Activating it in the app was simple enough.
Needed a loan to get my car through its MOT and fixed. Went with them because my old bank wanted weeks. The money came through the next working day and the repayments are easy to track.
Needed cash fast to cover rent after a shift got cut. Applied on the site late at night and it was sorted by the morning. Only thing was the interest is a bit steep but I needed it.
Used them for a top up on my car finance last year, the second time I've gone with them. Repayments come out on the same date every month and the online account is fine. Only thing is the statements arrive a few days later than I'd like.
