I bought the mid tier annual cover for my van and the sign up took about ten minutes on the site. I've used it for two claims since, one for a cracked windscreen and one for a battery. Both were handled quickly and the claims handler explained exactly what was covered and what wasn't, which I appreciated since I'd read a lot of rubbish about policy small print elsewhere.
