Ordered their timber base kit for a 10 by 8 shed and I've built a few of these over the years. The instructions were decent but the pre-cut frame joists weren't quite square, so I spent an evening trimming. Service was fine when I rang about it, though the reply took a couple of days. Price is on the high side for what you get, and it's not the cheapest I've seen.
