We've banked with them for close to ten years now and the account has never let us down. Staff have always been straight with us whenever we've rung up with a question. The monthly charges have stayed the same and the online banking is far easier than it was. Happy to carry on with them.

Compared to my bank this is so much easier. Signed up on my phone in like ten mins and the card came fast. Fees are lower too which is nice.

Only niggle is the app asks you to verify everything twice.
