We've banked with them for close to ten years now and the account has never let us down. Staff have always been straight with us whenever we've rung up with a question. The monthly charges have stayed the same and the online banking is far easier than it was. Happy to carry on with them.

Compared to my bank this is so much easier. Signed up on my phone in like ten mins and the card came fast. Fees are lower too which is nice.

I needed a business account to start invoicing a new client and had nothing ready. Took about twenty minutes to apply online and the approval came through the next morning. The card arrived within a few days and the app let me set up payment reminders straight away. Exactly what I needed for a small sole trader setup.

Compared with the business account I had before, this works out a fair bit cheaper once you count the monthly fees and the foreign transaction charges. I travel for work about once a month so that adds up. Setup was quicker too and I didn't have to visit a branch. Nothing I've missed from the old provider so far.

Good for what it is. I've used a few of these for expenses over the years and this one is the least faff to set up. Limits are sensible, the statements come through clearly and the customer support answered my one question within the hour. Would use again.

I would happily recommend them to anyone who, like me, prefers a person to speak to.

This is a solid choice for a small business that wants to keep things simple. Reconciling expenses in the app takes minutes, and I've never had a fee that wasn't clearly listed beforehand. Support answers the phone quickly when I've needed them. The limits could be higher for bigger purchases, but for what I need it's spot on.

I used the virtual card to pay for a hotel booking and a train season ticket renewal. Created it in the app in seconds and it worked first time at both checkouts. Refund for the hotel went back to the card without me having to chase anyone. Really handy for keeping work spending separate.

The credit limit came through the same day I applied, which I didn't expect from a business card. I'd been using another provider for our contractor payments and this one has a much cleaner statement layout, with each merchant named properly rather than as a string of codes. Expense categories can be set per cardholder, so my bookkeeper stopped chasing me every month.
