I've been going here for well over ten years and the thing I still notice is how the seats have been kept up. The screens are sharp and the sound is always good. Booking through the account has got easier, though the reminder emails sometimes arrive after the showing has already started. Not a big deal but worth fixing. Still my first choice.

We chose the cinema for a wheelchair-friendly evening out and it did the job well, the staff were very helpful with the lift. The ticket price for an evening showing was a little higher than we expected, though, and the booking confirmation took a while to arrive by email.

Booked the wheelchair space on the site a week ahead and it was exactly right when we arrived. Staff knew what they were doing, the lift worked, and the seats next to it had proper room for a carer.

The seat I wanted was already grey on the seating plan when I opened the site so I went for the one next to it instead. Booking took about five minutes and the confirmation email came straight away. Staff were friendly at the desk, though the queue for popcorn was long for a Saturday. Would come back.

Bought two tickets for the Friday showing on the app and the confirmation didn't come through until about twenty minutes before the film started. Had to ring the box office to check they had gone through. Then the app logged me out twice while I was trying to pick seats. Got in fine in the end but it was stressful.

Compared it to the independent cinema down the road and this was about the same price for a ticket. Food and drinks were noticeably dearer though, so the night came out a bit more than I planned. Seats were fine and the picture was good. Not bad value for a Tuesday.

I booked the accessible seats for my wife on the website last month and it was straightforward enough. The screen was a touch dim for the first ten minutes but the staff sorted it out at once and the rest of the afternoon was pleasant.

Checked the other chain first and their booking page kept timing out. Here I was through in a few taps and the seat map loaded properly. Got a text with the booking reference straight away. Quick and no faff.

Booking the accessible spaces on the site was simple, the seats were exactly where they said they'd be, and the staff at the desk were brilliant about getting us in and out. The lift was working on the day which mattered more than I expected. Would go back.

We needed a place that could fit a group of eight with a couple of little ones. Compared three cinemas near us and this one had the best options for a group booking. Booking the block of seats online was easy enough and the staff helped us move the seats around on the day. Everyone was happy with it.
