I've been going here for well over ten years and the thing I still notice is how the seats have been kept up. The screens are sharp and the sound is always good. Booking through the account has got easier, though the reminder emails sometimes arrive after the showing has already started. Not a big deal but worth fixing. Still my first choice.

Had to ring the box office to check they had gone through. Then the app logged me out twice while I was trying to pick seats. Got in fine in the end but it was stressful.

Booking the accessible spaces on the site was simple, the seats were exactly where they said they'd be, and the staff at the desk were brilliant about getting us in and out. The lift was working on the day which mattered more than I expected. Would go back.
