Compared with going through my bank, which wanted a branch visit and about a week, this was done in one evening on my laptop. I was approved the same day and the money landed in my account the next morning. Repayments come out on the date I picked, so no more juggling the dates. Would use them again for a short loan without thinking twice.
Read moreGot the loan to clear a credit card balance. Application was fine and the money came through in good time. I did think the total cost was on the high side compared with a couple of other places I'd priced up, so I'd check the figures carefully.
Read moreI needed the loan to cover some unexpected car repairs, and I'll say the application itself was straightforward enough. The funds reached my account within a working day, which I appreciated. However, when I asked for a copy of my payment history for my own records, I had to wait nearly a week for a reply, and I did have to chase it twice. It was resolved in the end, but it was not as prompt as…
Read moreI'm pleased to say the loan process was very clear from start to finish. The information about interest and total repayment was set out plainly, which I appreciated. My money arrived promptly, and the monthly statements have been reliable since.
Really happy with how this went, would go with them again no bother. Applied at lunch, approved by three, money in the account the next morning. Nothing to chase, the app shows what's due and when.
I started using this company when they first came along and I've borrowed from them three times since. What keeps me coming back is that they haven't changed how they treat customers. Repayments come out on the right date and the statements are clear.

Took out a small loan to cover my rent gap. Applied on the app while waiting for the bus and it was in my account before I got to work.
Our old boiler packed up in January so we needed some money quickly to get it replaced. I've been borrowing from them on and off for about six years now. The process is much the same as it was, which is exactly what I want at my age.
Compared with the high street lenders I checked, the terms here were noticeably better and the process was far less bother. I used their online calculator to work out the monthly figure before applying. The money came through without any fuss.
The interest rate was the deciding factor after I compared a few lenders. The fees section on the page was easier to follow than most. Happy so far with how it's working out.
The repayment calculator on the site was what made me pick them over the three others I looked at. You can see exactly what you'll pay each month before you commit. The rest of the process was pretty painless and the money came through quickly.
Way quicker than going through my bank, which took about a week last time. Filled in the form in the app on the tube and got approved before I'd got off. Paid into my account the same day.
got a loan for my uni stuff and the whole thing was done on my phone. the app is dead simple and i could see my repayments straight away. money came through fast.
