Way quicker than my old lender for a top up. Applied on my phone during my lunch break and had an answer before I'd finished the sandwich. Money in the account the same afternoon, repayments set up without any faff. Glad I switched, saves me ringing anyone.

I had been using my bank's loan arm for years and this was a good deal quicker than that, which I did not expect. The application took about twenty minutes and the money reached my account the next working day. I have no complaints at all and I'd happily go through them again.

Honestly it does what it's meant to but it's not the cheapest I looked at. I took out a loan to move flat and the money came through fine. The interest is higher than some of the comparison sites suggested, so I'd check first.
