Way quicker than my old lender for a top up. Applied on my phone during my lunch break and had an answer before I'd finished the sandwich. Money in the account the same afternoon, repayments set up without any faff. Glad I switched, saves me ringing anyone.

I had been using my bank's loan arm for years and this was a good deal quicker than that, which I did not expect. The application took about twenty minutes and the money reached my account the next working day. I have no complaints at all and I'd happily go through them again.

Needed a bit extra for a rental deposit and a loan was the quickest route. Sign up took a while because it kept asking for the same documents again, which was annoying. Once approved the money came through fast and the rate was fine.

Took out a small personal loan to cover a car repair and the rate was fair for what I could get. Money landed quickly and the repayments come out on the date they say. Only niggle is the app is a bit clunky when you want to check the balance, but it does the job.
