Needed cash fast
Car needed a new clutch and I needed the money by Friday. Applied on my phone at lunch, got a decision within the hour and it was in my account before I'd finished work. Easy.

Needed a loan after a bad year
We needed to consolidate a couple of credit cards after a difficult year and I've been a customer with them for a long time. The application was turned down the first time and then passed on a second try with a smaller amount. The money took a couple of extra days to arrive because of a bank holiday, and I had to chase the reply on one query. Got there in the end.

solid loan, slightly slow to set up
Honestly a good option if you're after a fixed term personal loan with a clear schedule. I'd used a similar lender before so I knew what to expect from the affordability checks. Very clear about the repayments
I was rather pleased that the adviser walked me through the total repayable before I signed anything, which I did not always get elsewhere. The application was straightforward and the decision came through the same afternoon. The money arrived promptly in my account. I would be happy to use them again if I needed to.
clear and sensible loan
A straightforward personal loan with no surprises, which is exactly what I wanted. The eligibility checker told me quickly whether I was likely to be accepted, and the agreement was easy to read. Funds went to my account as promised.

paid off early without bother
I settled the loan a few months ahead of schedule and was grateful the early repayment figure was given to me promptly and without any fuss. The original agreement was set out plainly, which suited me. Nothing to complain about.
Loan paid in next day
Took out a small personal loan through them to cover a new boiler and the money hit my account the next working day, which was faster than I expected. Interest rate was about what I'd found elsewhere after shopping around, nothing cheaper but nothing dearer either. Repayments come out on the date I picked and the online account shows the balance clearly. Good value for what it is and no fuss at all.
