We needed to consolidate a couple of credit cards after a difficult year and I've been a customer with them for a long time. The application was turned down the first time and then passed on a second try with a smaller amount. The money took a couple of extra days to arrive because of a bank holiday, and I had to chase the reply on one query. Got there in the end.

App kept logging me out
The loan itself came through fine but the online account keeps logging me out mid payment. Had to ring them twice to check a repayment had gone through, and the call took ages to get connected. Money arrived OK, rate's decent, just a bit of a faff.
