We needed to consolidate a couple of credit cards after a difficult year and I've been a customer with them for a long time. The application was turned down the first time and then passed on a second try with a smaller amount. The money took a couple of extra days to arrive because of a bank holiday, and I had to chase the reply on one query. Got there in the end.

Better than my bank overdraft
Way cheaper than going into my overdraft for the same amount, so that's what sold me. Signing up took about ten minutes on the app, though it asked for my payslips twice. Money came through the next morning. Repayments go out by direct debit, no stress so far. Would use again.
