I've been ordering from them for about six years and this is the wool coat I bought last autumn. It's still holding its shape and the buttons haven't come loose, which is more than I can say for the last one I had from elsewhere. Delivery was fine, came in a sturdy bag and no fuss with the returns when I wanted a different size.
