I've been ordering from them for about six years and this is the wool coat I bought last autumn. It's still holding its shape and the buttons haven't come loose, which is more than I can say for the last one I had from elsewhere. Delivery was fine, came in a sturdy bag and no fuss with the returns when I wanted a different size.

I emailed and got a reply after three days which was slow. Returns is a faff because you have to print a label yourself. Would not bother again for trousers.

I compared it with the other site I usually use for dresses and the prices are about the same, but this one charges extra for delivery unless you spend a certain amount. The dress itself is fine, a bit shorter in the body than I'd like. Arrived in good time and was packed well.
