Needed something gentle after a reaction
I needed a gentle face wash after my skin flared up following a course of tablets, and my GP suggested I look for something fragrance free. I ordered this one and it was a disappointment. It left my skin feeling dry and a bit tight, and the customer team took three days to reply to my question about whether it was suitable for sensitive skin. I've stopped using it for now.

very pleased with the eye cream
I'd say this is a very good eye cream and I have been using it every morning for about two months now. It has not made the fine lines around my eyes disappear, but it has softened them and my make-up sits far better than it did. The order came quickly and was carefully packed, which I appreciated. I think it is good value for what you get, and I shall be reordering when the current pot runs out.

Yes it's worth it. The moisturiser lasts me about six weeks at one pump a day, which works out cheaper than the chemist brand I was buying before. The only thing that put me off a bit was the postage cost on a small order, but I just added something else to get it free. Delivery was quick and everything arrived intact.
Solid cleanser for oily skin
I've been using skincare for years and know my way around a cleanser. This one strips oil well without leaving me tight, which is what I wanted. It's a little more expensive than the drugstore options, but the results are close enough. Ordering was simple and it arrived the next working day.
Needed a gift quickly
Needed a present for my sister's birthday and this was the only thing I could find that she'd not already got. Ordered it on my phone at lunch and it turned up before the weekend. The gift box looked nice though a bit flimsy. Pricey but she was chuffed.
the body lotion
Bought the body lotion for my dry elbows and it's the first thing that's actually helped. Smells a bit strong but fine. Took a bit longer to arrive than I wanted, about four days, and the tracking wasn't updating.
The eye cream
I went for the eye cream in the end, after first looking at a fuller moisturiser that was a lot dearer. It's light and sinks in quickly without making my concealer slide off. Only niggle is the tube is quite fiddly to squeeze the last bit out. Postage was free over a certain amount which helped.
