My hands were cracking badly from all the washing at work, so I went looking for a hand cream that would actually last. I've been a regular customer for a couple of years now and this is still my favourite. The tube comes in a handy size and the delivery has never once been late. I keep coming back to it.

Needed something gentle after a reaction
I needed a gentle face wash after my skin flared up following a course of tablets, and my GP suggested I look for something fragrance free. I ordered this one and it was a disappointment. It left my skin feeling dry and a bit tight, and the customer team took three days to reply to my question about whether it was suitable for sensitive skin. I've stopped using it for now.

very pleased with the eye cream
I'd say this is a very good eye cream and I have been using it every morning for about two months now. It has not made the fine lines around my eyes disappear, but it has softened them and my make-up sits far better than it did. The order came quickly and was carefully packed, which I appreciated. I think it is good value for what you get, and I shall be reordering when the current pot runs out.
