My hands were cracking badly from all the washing at work, so I went looking for a hand cream that would actually last. I've been a regular customer for a couple of years now and this is still my favourite. The tube comes in a handy size and the delivery has never once been late. I keep coming back to it.

Needed something gentle after a reaction
I needed a gentle face wash after my skin flared up following a course of tablets, and my GP suggested I look for something fragrance free. I ordered this one and it was a disappointment. It left my skin feeling dry and a bit tight, and the customer team took three days to reply to my question about whether it was suitable for sensitive skin. I've stopped using it for now.

very pleased with the eye cream
I'd say this is a very good eye cream and I have been using it every morning for about two months now. It has not made the fine lines around my eyes disappear, but it has softened them and my make-up sits far better than it did. The order came quickly and was carefully packed, which I appreciated. I think it is good value for what you get, and I shall be reordering when the current pot runs out.

I was rather pleased with the cream when it arrived, but the process of setting up my account was not as straightforward as I'd hoped. I had to contact them twice before the discount code was accepted. The staff were polite when I did get through, and the cream itself is gentle on my skin, which is what matters most. I'm not sure I'd rush to order again.

The first thing I noticed was how the site asked me a load of questions about my skin before it would let me add anything to basket, which felt a bit much. The actual order arrived in four working days though, and the face wash was fine, though I'm still not sure I needed the full routine they suggested.
the night serum
I bought the night serum because my dry patches were getting worse in winter. It's a nice texture and smells lovely, but my skin didn't change much in the first few weeks. The bottle came with a leak on one side, which was annoying, and the replacement took about a week to arrive. I think I'll give it another month before deciding anything.
