I needed somewhere with a proper kids club so I could get a few days off from the school run and actually rest. The club was well run and the staff were good with my two. Our room was a bit small for four though and the wifi in the room barely worked, so I was on my phone in the lobby most evenings.

The pool area is massive and the sun loungers are actually free before 9am which nobody mentions. Booked on the app in about five minutes between meetings. Room was fine, staff friendly, we got a lift from the airport no bother. Would go again.

The rep at the resort sorted a room change within an hour of us asking, which was the detail that stood out. Booking through the site took about ten minutes on my phone. The pool area is nice and the sun loungers are free early. Quick and easy, would book again.

We booked the all inclusive package for two weeks in the spring and it was exactly as described on the site. The food in the main restaurant was plenty and the evening entertainment was not too loud for us. The room had a proper bath which we were pleased about. The coach to the resort was a bit of a squeeze with the luggage but everyone was patient. Very happy with it all.

I looked at two other operators and a couple of independent villas before picking this. The package with the hotel and flights came out the cheapest for the dates we wanted. The hotel was spot on with the photos, room view was the sea like it said. Staff on the ground were helpful when the air con needed a reset.

Way better than the last holiday I booked through a comparison site, no fees added at the end. Checked in on the app and the room was ready. Pool and beach were both close. Fine.

The confirmation email had every flight time and transfer slot listed which I didn't expect. First time booking a package like this so I was nervous. The rep met us at arrivals and the coach was on time. The hotel pool was a bit busy in the afternoons but that's about it.

Compared with the big high street travel brands this was about a hundred pounds less for the same week in a similar hotel. Nothing was hidden in the small print that I could see. The room was basic but clean and the beds were fine.

The verdict is it is a fine holiday but the hotel feels dated compared with newer places in the same price band. Pool and gardens are nice and the staff are pleasant. Breakfast was limited on the second morning and we had to queue. Would think twice before booking the same place again.

Compared with the holiday firm we used for years this is a different world. We've been coming with them for about eight years now and the booking side is so much simpler, the flights and transfers are sorted in one go and nobody tries to upsell us at the airport. The hotel staff remember us from one year to the next which is nice. We go back every spring and I can't see us changing now.

booked the kids club week for my little cousin and she came back talking about it non stop. staff were really lovely with her and the activities were sorted every day. room was tidy and the pool is great. would book again!!
