The driver knew every stop on the route and had a story for most of them, which made the long days on the coach fly by. We've been booking with them for about six years now, and this was the third time we've had the same driver for part of the trip. They're organised and the hotels have always been clean and comfortable, so we keep coming back to them for our summer trips.
Read moreI'm afraid this trip was a disappointment against the brochure. The hotels were not quite as pictured and the tour timings changed twice without much notice. Our questions about the wheelchair access went unanswered for several days before I got a reply.
Read moreThis is our third trip with them now, and what we use most is the printed route sheet they send out before departure. It's had us in the right place every time, even when the coach was delayed for an hour outside Chicago. The hotels have been consistent and the guides always answer questions straight away. We'll keep booking with them while they keep running trips like this.
Read moreBooked over the phone and the lady was quick and clear about what was included. Trip was good, coach was comfy and the hotel was lovely. Only thing was the pickup point was a bit further out than the listing made it sound, but we got there. Would go again.
Compared it with booking the same coach trip through a big name operator and this was clearly cheaper for the same days away. The hotel was a bit further out from the centre than the pictures suggested but the transfers ran on time and the guide was decent. Would go with them again for the price alone.
Good value for a week away with the whole family and no real faff. Booking was simple on the site and the group tour in Arizona stuck to the plan. Only niggle was the lunch stops being a bit rushed.
