Honestly the best place I've booked a holiday through in years. I've done a lot of package deals and the flights and hotel came together properly, with the times and transfers all laid out before I paid. The confirmation pack came through within minutes and the support line picked up when I rang with a question about luggage allowance. Did the Lanzarote trip for the whole family and everything went exactly as listed.

Compared with booking direct with the airline, this was a fair bit cheaper for our week in Malta, which was the main reason we went with them. Getting the booking confirmed took longer than I'd have liked, as the payment kept being declined before it finally went through on the third attempt. Once we were sorted the hotel was as described and the rep at the airport was very helpful. A little more patience needed at the start, I'd say.
