Tropicfeel

This is our first time booking a holiday through Tropicfeel and it was a really smooth experience from start to finish. We picked a week in Crete, the flights and hotel came in one booking and the confirmation came through within a few minutes. The rep at the airport was friendly and sorted our transfer straight away. Will definitely use them again next year.

I've been booking the Algarve trip with them for years and this time the flight was moved by four hours with only an email. Customer service took nearly three days to reply to my message about it. The hotel was fine but I'd expected a bit more after all this time as a regular.

Booked the Lisbon trip through them and the flights were the bit i liked most, direct and at a sensible time. Hotel was fine, nothing special. Support on the chat was quick when i had a question about the transfer. Would probably book again for a city break.

Compared to booking the same ferry and hotel myself I found Tropicfeel a bit dearer on the total, but the package saved me a fair bit of faff. The change request for our dates took about four days to come back, which was slow. Holiday itself was fine. Probably use them again but I'd check the price first.

Compared to the other two sites I checked for a week in Greece, this one had the best price on the hotel and the flights were the same. Booking took a few minutes and the confirmation came through straight away. The transfer was on time and the rep was helpful at the resort. Good value all round.
