Travelup

Compared with booking the flights myself this was better value, the package came in a fair bit under the separate prices. I've used them for a few trips now so I know how they work. The hotel was fine but the transfer pickup was about twenty minutes late and nobody told us until we asked at the desk. Otherwise the holiday was lovely and the reps were friendly.

Before this I had looked at booking the flights and the hotel separately for our trip to Lisbon, and the package came out a good deal cheaper than doing it that way. The hotel was central and the flight times suited us. Everything arrived by email the same day, which was a relief. Would book with them again.

Needed somewhere for a stag do with short notice. Booked the group package and it was done in a few minutes on my phone. Hotel was fine and the transfers ran on time.

I've booked the coach tour through them for about ten years now and the one I got this spring was just as good as the ones before. Chose the Lake District three day trip and the coach was comfortable with plenty of room. The driver knew the route and the hotel was clean with a proper dinner. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Compared it to booking the flights and hotel separately on my own and honestly this was so much easier. Put the whole trip together in one go and the price was actually a bit lower than what I'd found on the airline site. Support answered my question about the transfer in about ten mins on the chat. Hotel was nice, breakfast was decent and the transfers ran on time both ways. Really good for a first trip abroad with mates.

This was the best of the three I looked at and it's the one I went with. Price was in line with the others but the package included transfers and a decent hotel near the beach. Booking was quick and the confirmation pack had everything in one place. Holiday went without a single problem, would book with them again.

The price comparison tool was what I noticed first, it showed the whole trip cost broken down by flight and hotel. Booked a long weekend in Cornwall and the breakdown held up when I paid. The hotel had a proper sea view and the check in took two minutes. Support also sorted a dietary request before we arrived.

I booked the coach tour of the Scottish Highlands for my sister and me in March and I'm glad we did. The pick up time was clear on the booking and the coach was on time at the hotel. The driver was very knowledgeable about the lochs. The only thing was that the online form asked for my passport details twice and I had to phone to get it sorted, which took a while. Otherwise lovely.

Had a stag do for nine lads with about three weeks notice and this was the first place that gave me a proper package for Prague. Booking took maybe twenty minutes on my phone on the train. Hotel was a bit far from the old town but the group rooms were fine and the lads were happy. Sorted.

Booked a four night city break with flights and a hotel through them. The flight times they gave were accurate and the hotel matched the listing, including the room with the balcony I asked for. Rep sorted a late change without any fuss. Everything arrived on time and the trip ran smoothly from start to finish.

Booked a family week in Spain and it came in cheaper than the other sites I checked. Got a good deal on the transfers too. Hotel was as described and the kids liked the pool. Nothing I'd change.

Found a cheap week in Crete on the app while waiting for the kettle to boil and booked it before I could talk myself out of it. Flights were a 6am out of Gatwick which I didn't love but the price made up for it. Hotel was clean, pool was nice, reps on the phone were quick when I had a question about transfers. Would use again, just set an alarm for check in.

Went with them for a short break and the trip itself was fine. The price went up by a fair bit between looking and actually paying, which annoyed me, and the site didn't make the extra fees clear until the last step. Hotel was decent and the transfer was on time. Booking took longer than it should have because the payment page kept timing out.

First time I've booked a trip this way and the search showed me the flight and hotel prices split out. Booked a long weekend in Edinburgh and it all came through in the email straight after. Easy.

Needed a trip for my dad's birthday and wanted something he could actually enjoy without too much walking. Found a coastal hotel package that suited him and booked it in one go. Took a few tries to get the room type right on the form and the payment step was a bit slow. The place was warm and the staff remembered it was his birthday.

The airport lounge add on was the bit I used most, it made the wait before our flight much more comfortable. Booked it along with the flights through the site and the confirmation came through right away. The hotel was clean and the transfer driver was on time. Rep also answered a question about baggage within the hour.

Tried three sites before settling on this one for a week in Lisbon. Their package came out cheapest once I added the transfers and bags. The flight times stayed the same and the hotel was exactly what was in the photos. Customer service answered my email the same day. Only thing I'd say is the booking form is a bit long, but it got the job done and the holiday was great.

Needed a quiet break after a hard year and wanted somewhere I could just switch off. The package I picked had a room by the sea and everything was booked in one go. Support helped me change the dates when my plans moved. The place was calm and the staff were kind.

Compared it to the big comparison sites and this came out cheaper for the same flight and hotel combo. Paid a bit more for the flexible rate but it was still less than what I'd have paid elsewhere. Booking took a few minutes and the emails were clear. Hotel was as described and the transfer turned up on time. Good value for a week away.

We needed a last minute family trip for half term after a cancellation elsewhere. I'd looked at a couple of other sites first and they were either full or stupidly expensive. Found a family room here that worked for the four of us. Everything was sorted without fuss.
