Used to ring round three or four agents to get a price, this was done in one go on my phone while waiting for a train. Picked a short break in the Lakes, paid, and the confirmation came through before I'd even got my coat on. Took maybe four minutes start to finish, which is about four minutes more than I'd have expected from the agents.
Read moreFirst time booking with them and I'm not impressed. The room in the listing was described as a sea view and it was really a view of the car park. Took days to get anyone to reply to my complaint about it. Probably won't use them again.
Read moreWhat I noticed most was the reminder emails before the trip, with check in times and what to bring. We booked a few options first and this one had the clearest info. The price was a touch higher than one of the other sites for the same hotel, which is why I took off a bit. Otherwise it was a smooth trip and the team answered my question about parking within a day.
Read moreI've been booking holidays for years so I know the market pretty well. What stood out to me was the price, which was a bit above what I've seen on comparison sites for the same hotel. The booking itself was fine and the paperwork came through correctly. Fair enough but I'd check elsewhere first.

Travel Trolley is a UK holiday and trip company that sells travel arrangements to a range of destinations for people planning leisure breaks. The website is the main way customers browse options, compare arrangements and book. The business is aimed at individuals and families who want organised trips without arranging each part of the trip themselves.
Customers use the site to research destinations and make bookings, and reviews on this page help others judge how the booking and travel experience compares with what was promised.
