They have been our go to for about eight years now and the verdict is still a good one. We have used them for city breaks and a couple of walking holidays, and the booking process has not changed much which I like. Customer service has been helpful each time we have needed to change dates. Rooms have always matched the photos closely enough. Would keep using them.

We needed somewhere cheap to stay for a cousin's wedding up north and the budget was tight. Found a room a few miles from the venue for less than the hotels nearby, and booking took about five minutes on my phone. The room was basic but clean, the check in was smooth, and we saved enough to cover the taxi.

Booked a spa break in the Lakes for my girlfriend's birthday on the app. Took about 4 mins, room was lovely and the spa was great. Only thing is the parking cost extra which nobody mentioned up front. Otherwise sorted.
