They have been our go to for about eight years now and the verdict is still a good one. We have used them for city breaks and a couple of walking holidays, and the booking process has not changed much which I like. Customer service has been helpful each time we have needed to change dates. Rooms have always matched the photos closely enough. Would keep using them.

The booking took maybe ten minutes and the confirmation came straight through. The only thing was the extra fee for the late check in, which was annoying but not a dealbreaker. Happy with it.

Tried a few sites before this one and the verdict is it was fine but not the cheapest. The booking was simple enough and the hotel matched the photos. The late check in fee was a bit steep though.
The seaside hotel was a bit dated in places but the bed was comfy and the sea view from our room was lovely. Booking through the site was easy and the price was good for a late summer weekend. The breakfast was decent. Only small gripe was the wifi kept dropping in the evenings.
The refund for a cancelled room took a while to come through, about ten days, which was longer than I expected. Otherwise the site was easy to use and the booking itself was smooth. The hotel we stayed at was a good size with a friendly front desk.
