Compared with the coach tours we had taken before, this was a much more relaxed way to see the Alps. The chalet was warm, the meals were thoughtfully prepared, and our host gave us a proper briefing on the local runs. Everything was arranged in good time and I found the whole experience very agreeable indeed.

Compared to sorting flights and a hotel ourselves this was way easier, one booking and one lot of confirmations. Price was a bit higher than the cheapest bits we found, but the transfers were spot on and the lads loved the lift pass.
We needed a family ski week that would not wreck the bank, so the basic chalet package was the choice. For what you pay it is decent value, with breakfast and dinner included and the kids' lift passes cheaper than elsewhere. The transfer was a bit of a wait at the airport, but we got there in the end.
