I looked at three other operators before picking this one and the price was the deciding factor. The booking page was clear and the seats were comfortable for the long run down to Cornwall. We felt well looked after from start to finish and the guide was very knowledgeable about the places we passed.
Read moreI compared a few operators and this one was about the same price as the rest. Booking took longer than it should have because the payment page kept timing out and I had to start again. Once we were on the coach it was fine and the driver was helpful.
Read moreI've booked trains and hotels separately for years and this was a different level of easy. Last time I put together a Yorkshire break myself it took me the best part of an evening, whereas here the coach, hotel and meals were all in one booking. The only niggle was the pick up point was a bit further from home than I'd like, but the coach was on time and the staff were helpful when we got on.
Read moreCompared to booking trains and a hotel myself this was quicker and a bit easier on the wallet. The coach was late leaving the car park but it caught up on the motorway. Rooms were fine and the staff were friendly.
Mum had come out of hospital and was going stir crazy, so I needed something gentle she could manage on the coach. The booking was fine but took a few days to get a reply about the wheelchair space, which made me nervous. Once it was sorted the day went well and she's already asking when the next one is.

Booked a weekend in Blackpool with my mates and the hotel was way nicer than the pictures made it look lol. Room was big enough for four of us. Only thing was the coach was about twenty minutes late picking us up from the second stop, bit annoying when you're already up at six. Otherwise really good fun.
