We needed somewhere in Edinburgh for a long weekend with two kids and nothing booked in advance. Found a family room on the site in about ten minutes, the confirmation came straight away and the hotel staff knew exactly who we were. Really good for a city centre base.

Needed a break with no notice so I looked for a quick Spain trip. Found a flight and hotel deal in about ten minutes and it landed in my inbox straight away. Hotel was clean and close to the beach, which was all I needed.

Really pleased with how it all went for our first package trip to Malta. The booking page laid out the flights, transfers and hotel clearly and the confirmation email had everything in one place. The hotel was exactly as described and the rep at the airport was waiting for us.

Compared it against the big booking sites and SANA came out a fair bit cheaper for the same week in Lanzarote. The room was clean and the pool was fine. Only niggle was the transfer from the airport took longer than the leaflet said, but for the money I'm not bothered.

Booked a week in Tenerife and the hotel was nothing like the pictures, it was a lot older and the pool was closed for half the week. Sent a message through the site and it took three days to get a reply. Ended up sorting a room change myself at the desk.

Booked a two night stay in Bath for my partner's birthday through the app while we were out for a walk. The room was upgraded when we arrived and the staff even left a card and some cake on the table. Everything went smoothly from booking to check out and the hotel had a lovely view over the river.

Found the Malta package cheaper than the flight and hotel booked separately, which was the real draw. Flights were on time and the hotel breakfast was included, which saved us a fortune. Nothing extra to pay at the airport.

I needed a weekend away with my mates in Bournemouth and didn't want to pay the prices on the big sites. Had a look at three or four options and this came out cheapest with a decent room. The check in was a bit of a wait because the desk was short staffed, but the room was fine.

I was rather pleased with the way the coach trip to Bath was arranged, as it was all laid out clearly before we set off. The driver was very courteous and the stops were just the right length for us. Our hotel room was comfortable and the breakfast was generous, which I did appreciate.

We booked the Cornwall hotel stay with the included breakfast. The room was a bit smaller than the photos suggested and the shower was fiddly to get the temperature right. Breakfast was fine, though the coffee ran out at half nine. Had a look at a couple of other places first and this was in the middle on price. Fine for a short break.

Booking was quick and the confirmation came straight through. Only one small thing, the room was a bit smaller than I expected but it was clean.

Great little trip to Ibiza, honestly sorted. Booked it on the app and it was done before my lunch break ended. Pool was good and the room was fine for the money.

Booked the airport parking add on with my flights and it was dead easy to find. The shuttle to the terminal turned up on time. Only thing was the confirmation email went to spam so I nearly missed it.

I booked the four day coach tour to the Lake District in the spring. The driver was courteous and patient with those of us who needed a little extra help on the steps. The hotel in Keswick was comfortable and the dinner was served promptly. I would happily travel with them again.

Needed a trip I could book for my nan who doesn't do well on long journeys. Picked a shorter coach holiday and the seats were roomy enough and the stops were regular. The staff on board were patient and the hotel had a lift which she needed. Would use again.

Compared to the coach firm I used for years, these are a step up in comfort and the timings actually stick. We've been on their Scottish trips for about six years now. The drivers know the route and the rest stops are sensible. Nothing to complain about on this one.

Would book again, it's a decent site for short breaks and the prices were fair. Booked a two night stay in Brighton on my phone while waiting for a train and it took about five minutes. Only niggle was the confirmation email went into my spam folder so I had to hunt for it when I got to the hotel desk. Still sorted in the end, no real complaints.
