a lovely few days in Bath

We have booked with them several times now and this stay in Bath was just as good as previous trips. The arrangements were in place without any bother and the hotel staff were very helpful with our luggage. It is nice to deal with a company that keeps things simple.

Booked a weekend in Edinburgh

Booked a weekend in Edinburgh on the phone while waiting for the bus, took about two minutes. Hotel was in the old town and the room was fine, great location. Got the confirmation straight away and the check in was no bother at all.

Needed a girls trip quick

We needed a girls trip sorted fast for my friend's birthday so I went looking on my phone. Booked Prague in a couple of minutes and everything came through straight away. The hotel was right in the middle of things and the staff were lovely, we had the best weekend and I'd book again no question.

cheaper than the usual sites

The first thing I noticed was the price, the same week in a hotel near Bournemouth came out about forty quid more than what I paid through them. Booking took about five minutes and the confirmation came straight through to my email. Only small gripe is the balance wasn't clear on the page until I'd clicked through twice, but otherwise fine for a short break.

Booked a cheap week in Spain

Booked a week in Costa del Sol and the price was the main reason, it came in noticeably less than the other sites I checked. The flights were fine and the hotel room was clean with a balcony. Got everything I needed for the money and I'd book again.

better value than booking direct

Compared with booking the ferry and hotels separately myself, this worked out a good deal less hassle and a little cheaper. The package included the transfers from Heathrow, which I had been dreading. The one thing I would mention is the hotel room was smaller than the photos suggested, though it was clean and comfortable enough for our stay.

A well run trip from start to finish

I would say this was a very well organised holiday and I was glad to have chosen it. The booking process was straightforward and the staff answered my questions about the coach transfers promptly by email. Our hotel in Lake District was exactly as described, and the local guide on the walking day was courteous and knowledgeable. We have already been speaking about where to go next year.

Needed a proper break

I needed a proper break after a difficult year and wanted something that would take the planning off my hands. The itinerary arrived well ahead of departure and everything was clearly laid out. The hotel in Tuscany was lovely and the staff were gracious throughout our stay.

first trip booked with them

Never used a holiday company like this before so I was nervous, but the booking was straightforward and the confirmation came through in seconds. The hotel in Lisbon matched the listing, the transfer from the airport was waiting where they said it would be, and the rep sent a message the day before we flew. Only thing I'd flag is the payment page kept timing out on my phone, so I switched to my laptop and it went through fine.

Good but the refund took a while

I'd looked at a couple of other sites before going with them, mainly because the Edinburgh hotel was listed for less. Booking was easy and the room was what the photos showed, which I was happy about. The only thing that dragged was when I asked about changing my check in time, the reply took about three days and by then I'd already sorted it myself. Still, the trip itself went fine and I'd book with them again.

Compared with booking direct

Compared with booking the hotel direct, this came out a bit cheaper and the cancellation terms were clearer. The booking took a few minutes and the confirmation was emailed at once. The room in the Peak District was just as pictured.

Fine but the reply was slow

I have used them for a few trips over the years and generally I'm happy with the arrangements. This time the booking itself was fine but the change to my return date took nearly a week to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating when the tickets were involved. Once it was sorted the new times were correct and the hotel was as expected.

reliable for a long weekend

I've booked with them maybe six times now so I know how they work. The Bath stay was in the same place as last time and the check in was quick. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was the usual, nothing to complain about. I'd use them again without thinking twice about it.

needed a trip after uni

Needed something sorted for the week after exams so me and my friend went to Amsterdam. Booking was easy enough though the price looked higher once we added the extras. The hostel was decent and the check in was fine, nothing to complain about really.

way better than the other app

Honestly this beat the other travel app I usually use by a mile, the search is quicker and it doesn't keep throwing up adverts. Booked a few days in Berlin and it took two minutes. Got my reminders on time and the hotel was spot on, which was a lot better than the last time I went.

Compared it with a couple of other sites

I compared it with two other sites before booking and the price for the same hotel in Cornwall was a fair bit lower here. Booking was quick and the hotel itself was lovely with a sea view. The only niggle was that the confirmation email took a while to arrive, so I was checking my spam folder for a bit.

Booked a trip to Brighton

Booked a Brighton trip for me and my sister on the app and it was dead easy. Hotel was a bit further out than I'd thought though so we got the bus in. Otherwise all good and the confirmation came through fast.

Decent enough holiday

Our trip to Majorca was decent enough, I'll say that for them. The booking was clear and the flights were on time both ways. The hotel pool was smaller than the pictures made out and the room took a bit of sorting, but the staff dealt with it.

a cruise to the Norwegian fjords

I booked the eight day fjord cruise for my husband's birthday and we sailed in June. The cabin was clean and the crew were very attentive, particularly the steward who looked after our floor. Everything ran to the timetable and the shore excursions were well chosen. We were very pleased with the whole arrangement.

Needed a last minute city break

I needed somewhere to go for a long weekend after a work trip fell through and I know Lisbon well from before. The flights and hotel were easy to pick and the confirmation came through with all the times. Didn't need to contact them once, which tells you everything I needed to know about how it went.

About Saily

Saily is a travel brand that sells eSIM data plans, allowing travellers to get mobile internet abroad without buying a physical SIM card in each country. Plans are bought online and installed digitally on a compatible phone, so customers can connect as soon as they arrive at their destination. The company covers a broad set of destinations and is aimed at holidaymakers, frequent travellers and business people who want to avoid roaming charges.

Saily operates entirely through its website and mobile app, with no retail shops, and customers manage their plans and top-ups from their account. Its support is provided online, and the service is positioned as a simpler alternative to traditional roaming and local SIM purchases.
