Compared it with booking direct through the airline's holiday arm and this came in about a hundred quid cheaper for the same hotel and dates. Flights were sorted separately and the total was clear before I paid, no nasty extras at the end. Took about ten minutes to book, which I'll take.
Read moreI booked a package to Lisbon for my first proper trip abroad with mates and the booking page was fine. The problem came after: the confirmation for the apartment took nearly three days to arrive and I had to chase it. When it did come it had the wrong check in time, so I was left wondering whether anything else was off. Sorted in the end.
Read moreThe site shows the total price up front which is the first thing I look for after all these years. I've been booking our trips through them since my husband retired and they've always been straightforward. This time the confirmation email took a fair while to come through, about two hours, and I rang to check it had gone through. Everything was in order and the hotel in Whitby was spot on for the…

Been booking our trips through them for close on ten years and they've never let us down. The regular deals are good and the customer support has always been quick when I've needed a change made. This year we went to the Algarve and the hotel matched the photos. I'd not go anywhere else now.
After a rough year I needed a week away somewhere quiet, and a friend suggested this site. Found a cottage in the Cotswolds with a decent price and the booking was simple from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described when we arrived.
I was a little nervous about booking a holiday online, but the process was clear and the confirmation arrived promptly. I would be happy to use them again for a future break.
I've used them for my Cornwall trips for about six years now and this was the third time I booked the same guesthouse through the site. The confirmation came straight away and the dates matched exactly.
Compared to going direct with the airline it was quicker, I got the flight and hotel in one go on my phone while on the train. Confirmation email came through fast and the hotel had my dates right.
I know the holiday booking sites well from years of planning trips for work, and this one shows the total price earlier than most. Compared it with two of the big names and the final figure was lower here. Search results load quickly.
Honestly way easier than the other sites I tried, the flight and hotel were both right there on one page. Booked a long weekend in Edinburgh in about five minutes, no faff.
We looked at three sites before picking this one for our trip to Cornwall. Booked the family room and it was the right size, with the bunk beds the kids had asked for.
Had to find somewhere to stay for a wedding in Bath with my partner and a few friends who were coming in from different places. Booking a block of rooms was easy and the group rate was clearly shown. Each room was sorted in a few clicks and everyone got their confirmations quickly.
