Compared it with booking direct through the airline's holiday arm and this came in about a hundred quid cheaper for the same hotel and dates. Flights were sorted separately and the total was clear before I paid, no nasty extras at the end. Took about ten minutes to book, which I'll take.
Read moreI booked a package to Lisbon for my first proper trip abroad with mates and the booking page was fine. The problem came after: the confirmation for the apartment took nearly three days to arrive and I had to chase it. When it did come it had the wrong check in time, so I was left wondering whether anything else was off. Sorted in the end.

Work had me needing a long weekend somewhere with decent flights and a hotel I could cancel if plans changed. Found what I wanted on the site and the filters actually work, which isn't always the case. The hotel was a bit further out from the centre than the listing made it sound, so I'd check the map properly before you book.
Flights and hotel showed up together on one page which saved me opening six tabs. Looked at a couple of other sites first and this was the cheapest total for Edinburgh that weekend. The hotel was fine but the room was a bit smaller than the photos suggested.
Booked a week in Spain for less than I expected for the flights and apartment together. Had to chase a small question about the transfer, the reply took a couple of days. Otherwise good value.
Got the flight and hotel for a weekend in Brighton in one go on my phone while on the train. I'd checked a couple of other sites and they were charging more for the same hotel once the fees came in. The app kept logging me out so I had to sign in twice. The hotel itself was fine and the check-in was quick.
