Compared with the last hotel we tried in the same area, this one is far better for the price. The room was roomy, the beds comfortable and the cleaners were always around. Food was varied and the staff couldn't do enough.

We booked the all inclusive package with airport transfers after looking at three other hotel groups on the coast. The room was spotless, the buffet had plenty of choice and the pool area was quiet in the afternoons. Staff were friendly and helpful from check in onwards.

We picked it mainly for the sunbeds by the pool because we wanted to be up early and get a good spot. The area was tidy and there was plenty of shade. Food in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss but fine for the price.

Booked about three weeks out and the price had gone up by the time I got to checkout, which annoyed me a bit. Once we were there the room was clean and the transfer from the airport was on time. Pool was busy by ten so get up early if you want a lounger.

Compared with the big chains I usually look at, this was a fair bit cheaper for the same dates. The room was a little smaller than the photos suggested but clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were polite throughout our stay.

I know this kind of resort well from several trips, and compared it to the self catering flats we used before it's a different experience. You get the buffet, the pool bar and daily cleaning, which the flats never gave us. Staff remembered our names by day three.

Pool area is lovely, the bar by the water was the best bit of the whole stay. Lift to our floor was out of order for two days so we were lugging the cases up the stairs, which was a bit of a pain.

The room was quieter than I expected, even facing the main road. Cleaning was done every day and the towels were fresh. Reception handled a small issue with the safe quickly.

The bar by the main pool does a proper two for one happy hour from 5, which is the thing that made the week feel cheap in a good way. Drinks were around the same as the high street but you get a view. Breakfast was included on the all inclusive so we only really paid for extras. Would go back for the price alone.

This was my first time booking a holiday through their site, and I went for the family suite with breakfast included. The booking process was easy to follow and the confirmation came through straight away. Room was lovely, bright and clean, and the staff at reception were really helpful when we arrived late.

Good value for what we paid, the half board made the dinners easy and we didn't have to think about food much. Took two days to get a reply from them about a change to our room but it got sorted in the end. Not a bad base for the week.

Wanted somewhere with a pool bar and not too far from town, so this seemed perfect. The room was a bit basic but clean and the pool was lively in the day. Nights were quieter than I expected which was good. Went with some mates and we had a great time.

Our stay here was a very pleasant one from start to finish. The rooms are well kept and the grounds are a credit to the place. I would happily return.

We went for the half board deal after comparing a couple of other resorts in the area. The room was spacious with a proper sea view and the breakfast spread was great. Pool area was quiet enough to relax.

Honestly it was not the best value for money for what we paid. The room was clean enough but the air con was noisy and took ages to be fixed when we asked. Other hotels nearby gave more for the price, so we would look elsewhere next time.

Needed a break fast after a rough month so booked this last minute on the app. Smooth enough and the room was lovely with a big bed. Would go back.
