I've been coming on and off for about fifteen years so I know the layout well. The big change lately is that the online booking now lets you pick a time slot, which cuts down the queue at the gate a lot. The reptile house has been refurbished and the lighting is better for seeing the animals. Food prices have crept up, but I still think it's fair for London and the grounds are kept spotless.

The animals were lovely but the food at the cafe was pricey and the portions were small. Getting a refund for a changed booking was also a bit fiddly, as the form kept timing out.
