Honestly the legroom was the first thing I noticed and it made the eleven hour flight way less awful. Crew were chatty and kept topping up the water. Booked it on my phone in like five minutes too. Would fly with them again for sure.

The fare was expensive compared with what I'd seen on other sites, and the booking process kept timing out before I could pay. When I finally got through the flight was fine but I'm not sure I'd use them again.

Their booking site is a little dated but it got me to the payment page without any trouble. The seats were comfortable enough for a long flight and the meal was better than I had expected. I would not hesitate to book again.

Compared with the other carriers I had looked at, I found their fares a little higher, but the cabin was calm and the staff were very attentive. Booking through their website was straightforward, though I did need to ring them once to correct a spelling mistake in my name. The flight arrived punctually and I had no complaints on the day.
