Booked a return to Lisbon on the app last month and it was honestly so quick, took maybe ten minutes from search to confirmation. Had a couple of alerts about price drops which was handy. Would use again, no complaints at all, just got my boarding pass sent straight to my phone.
Read moreI've been booking flights for years so I know the market well, and this site was dearer than booking direct with the airline for the same Manchester to Faro route. The fare shown at the start was not the fare at checkout once the seat and bag fees were added. Booking worked fine but I'd check the airline first.
Read moreI booked a flight and hotel package for a few nights in Rome, the first time I've done a bundle like this. The bundle price was lower than booking separately and the hotel details matched what was shown. Confirmation came through fast with everything in one place, so I didn't have to chase anything before we went.
Read moreNeeded a quick trip to Cardiff for a gig so I used this to find flights. Booking itself was alright, took a bit of time with the page loading slowly at checkout. Got a confirmation in the end and it was the right date, just felt a bit slow.
Compared the fare here with going direct to the airline for a trip to Dublin and this was about the same, not the bargain I was hoping for. Booked fine and the confirmation came quickly. Seat selection costs extra though, and that adds up.

KAYAK is an online travel search engine that compares flights, hotels, car hire and holiday packages from a wide network of airlines, booking sites and travel providers. The website and app allow travellers to search several sources at once, filter results by price, duration and airline, and then continue to the provider's site to complete the booking. KAYAK also offers price alerts and trip tracking tools that help people decide when to book and keep their itineraries in one place.
Its customers are mainly independent travellers, families and business users in the United Kingdom who plan their own trips rather than buying a package from a single operator. KAYAK is a metasearch service rather than a seller of travel itself, so bookings, payments and customer support for changes are handled by the airline, hotel or agent the user is directed to.
