Booked the coastal break in Devon and the first thing I noticed was how the coach pickup times were laid out in the confirmation email, which saves a lot of phoning around. Hotel was clean and the staff sorted a late check in without fuss. Good value for the money. Will use them again for the autumn trip.

I went with a short city break they had listed, and the booking was done in one go on my phone. The hotel was a bit further from the centre than the photos suggested, but the check in was easy and the room was fine.
Booked a weekend in Bath through the app and it took about five minutes. The hotel was nice and central, though the breakfast was smaller than the pictures suggested. Would book again.
It is a sound choice if you want a relaxed break without much fuss, and we found the hotel staff were very helpful when our room was not quite ready. Verdict is that the trip itself was good, the hotel in Lisbon was lovely and the transfers ran on time. Booking was quick on the site but I had a question about the room and it took them three days to reply by email. Price was a bit higher than I found elsewhere for the same hotel, though not by much. Would go with them again but I'd ring rather than email next time.
